This organisation owns multiple retail chain stores across New Zealand. You will be working with the most well known brands in the home furnishings industry and as a result working directly with the brands' marketing teams.The JobThis role reports to the CEO and has one report. This organisation offers good flexibility. This is a full time position, where you can work from home a couple of days a week.As the marketing lead for this company you'll work closely with the Owners to create and execute all marketing activity. This person needs to be a real doer - someone who loves to deliver. Think:Managing the ecommerce siteCreating and managing digital and social media content for the website, Instagram and FacebookAnalytics and tracking performance of online campaignsAdvertising campaigns, promotional material and content creationManaging a Marketing Exec, and reporting to the Owner and boardManaging relationships with external stakeholders, collaborations and PRDatabase marketing and managing the loyalty programmeThe Right PersonAttitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up are key. In terms of your experience, you may have worked in a retail or B2C business environment and have strong e-commerce experience. Strong creative skills, a proven track record with digital marketing and an analytical brain are the attributes that will ensure you do well in the job.
