About the roleAs a Marketing Manager in our Marketing Centre of Excellence, you'll play a key role in delivering campaigns and activity within the Investor squad.
This role is primarily responsible for leading the implementation of initiatives predominantly focused on Kiwisaver and Investments, that support the segment marketing strategy from within the Brand & Advertising discipline.
This includes the development, and effective implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives within the squad, primarily using owned and paid advertising channels, including digital media and website content.
You will create positive customer outcomes by ensuring the propositions, initiatives, and campaigns that are delivered enhance our customer's financial wellbeing.

- What will your day look likeAs a Marketing Manager, you will: Ensure marketing strategies and communication initiatives are developed efficiently & effectively, meeting defined objectives, and delivered to the agreed methodology for the brand and advertising discipline.
Identity and develop propositions that will best address current and emerging customer needs, in conjunction with Senior Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure campaigns meet customer needs, are communicated compellingly, and demonstrate a strong use of customer insight.
Produce compelling, creative, and well managed campaigns and programmes that deliver results.
Establish & maintain positive collaborative working relationships across the Marketing Centre of Excellence, and other business stakeholders.

- What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 5+ years marketing or customer communications experience.
Demonstrated marketing skills.
Insight development, an inquisitive mindset and ability to identify and develop insights into initiatives.
Creative nous – demonstrated understanding of brand building and creative excellence.
Brand and advertising skills, including creative development and media planning.
Digital marketing skills across digital AV, programmatic, SEO, SEM and website content and design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload and capacity to deliver on agreed tasks on time.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive collaborative relationships with mid-senior level stakeholders.
Sound judgement, strong problem solving and analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail, and a desire to produce work of a high quality.
