As we embark on a significant period of growth, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing communications across all channels to raise brand awareness and create an understanding of our products and services with introducers and customers.In this role, you can expect to:Manage advertising campaigns across all products and markets.Oversee customer lifecycle communication journeys / data-driven marketing.Orchestrate digital campaigns (Paid SEM, Display/Retargeting, Social).Set up and manage email campaigns using email marketing software.Uplift our operational communications and automated processes.Work with our development team on updates and improvements to our websites and apps.Work with the Designer to improve our collateral, sales material, presentations, and sourcing merchandise.Leverage our presence at events and sponsorships.Lead marketing projects as required, including product changes, migrations, and branding updates.We're looking for candidates who have:5+ years marketing experience, having delivered effective marketing activity whilst working collaboratively with the wider business.Flexible and adaptable to work with change in a high-paced environment.Confident communicating with people at all levels.Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills and attention to detail.Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously. Proactive.Inquisitive, not afraid to ask questions and always looking to improve.Ability to manage deadlines and communicate accordingly.Experience managing external suppliers to deliver on projects.Financial services industry experience preferred.Experience using or confidence learning various marketing tools, i.e. email marketing software, social platforms, GA, website CMS, video editing, design software.What's in it for me?At Avanti, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working.
