You would be joining a marketing team who are nimble and adept at swiftly changing to market opportunities and customer needs. Their agility and forward-thinking approach has positioned them as market leaders.
The Role Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and implementing across the brand, NZ and Australian distribution, multi-media content and social media.
Design and deliver scalable marketing campaigns aligned with client needs and business strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement marketing plans, define success criteria, and report on results.
Ensure marketing efforts meet timelines and manage expectations for smooth project execution.
Work with teams to develop key campaign messages, including thought leadership and client success stories.
Support lead generation and product marketing in collaboration with the sales team.
Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and creative partners as needed.
Develop engaging and informative multi-media content across various platforms, including the website, blog, social media, and livestreams.
Create thought leadership pieces through research and collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
Act as a the Milford and Milford Foundation brand champion, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, foster relationships at industry events, and use client data to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to travel as necessary.
