Marketing Manager

Our business is an equine investment specialist headquartered in Aukland.
The core business is to help investors aspired to breed, trade, and race of the thoroughbred racehorses.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our busy team in Auckland.
This is a full-time role (minimum of 30 hours a week).
The Role Day-to-day work may include, but not be limited to: Partner with stakeholders to develop & implement strategies to drive organisation's sale target across key segment lifecycles.
Harness the power of journey automation within customer engagement platforms across multiple channels.
Develop & implement content marketing collateral and SEO content for digitally owned assets.
Building and maintain a strong communication mechanism & reputational image to companies' existing investors & potential investors.
Maximise brand awareness & loyalty by supervising website, social media, and video content creation.
Supervising copywriting with the ability to incorporate the brand's image to craft copy for media, promotions and other customer-facing assets.
Manage campaign post-mortem for learning and opportunities.
Our successful applicants will have: Bachelor of above qualification in sales/marketing/management/business relevant qualification or 5 years relevant work experience may substitute the qualification.
Previous experience in a similar industry, working within a B2B-facing brand or in product marketing is preferable Working knowledge of customer engagement within the Asian markets, especially Greater China & Japan is preferable   Working knowledge in video production is preferred with company has invested a lot in video platforms in TikTok & Little Red Book.
Strong sense in brand language, advertising, promotional copy, and product marketing copy.
Experience with campaign and performance reporting.
Knowledge of B2B journey, content creation and production.
A love for in-venue sports and entertainment to hit the ground running.
