As a marketing manager with significant experience in the traditional, ecommerce and digital space, you have what it takes to help us through the next stage of our growth plan.What you'll be doing:Leading the move to a fully integrated digital and traditional mixed media planBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with key brand owners, external stakeholders, and business partnersOverseeing all aspects of the marketing team including external and internal relationships, development and implementation of marketing plans, monitoring, and analysis of marketing activity against company long term plan and budget.Owning the e-commerce marketing strategy from the initial click through to ongoing consumer engagementDeveloping, enhancing, and growing our marketing team membersWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in marketing, and/or at least six years relevant marketing experience with an in depth understanding of all marketing functionsExtensive campaign and project management experienceDigital and ecommerce marketing integration experienceProven business planning skills and an understanding of commercial KPI'sSolid budget and project management experience with the ability to real bang for our marketing buckOutstanding communication skills and a great sense of humourAn upbeat, can-do attitude with a history of deliveryHands on coaching and leadership experienceOutstanding organisational skills that mean you and your team always hit the deadlinesAnd of course, in you are digitally savvy and social media literateReporting to our CEO, you'll get to work alongside key decision makers and really make a difference in a substantial kiwi business that is out there doing it.
