We are a company based in Albany, focused on international student recruitment and visa applications, currently we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead our international student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract students from around the world to study in New Zealand, spanning primary schools, high schools, polytechnics, and universities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting international students to various educational institutions in New Zealand. Build and maintain strong relationships with education institutes, foreign schools, and other relevant stakeholders. Leverage existing networks and resources to identify and engage prospective students from target markets. Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their unique courses and effectively promote them to potential students and their families. Understand customer's intent or requirements such as visa applications, school enrolments etc. Analyse market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly to ensure alignment with industry developments. Represent the organization at international education fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events. Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize outreach and engagement with prospective students. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including insights into market performance and recommendations for improvement. Key Attributes: Experience: A proven track record in international student recruitment or a similar role within the education sector would be an advantage. Network/Resources: Strong existing connections within the international education market, including foreign schools and prospective students. Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to effectively communicate with students and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with organizational goals. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively. Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
