Marketing Manager (Financial Wellbeing Sector)

Details of the offer

Marketing Manager (Financial Wellbeing Sector) Ready to transfer all your marketing experience into an NZ-born company at an exciting time of growth? Do you get a kick out of leading key campaigns and projects? Are you looking for a challenge and a role with more autonomy with a marketing support team?

Our client, a well-established company, is looking for an "Action Marketing Manager" who can focus on delivering integrated campaigns and projects across six main pillars – Content Marketing, Online Event Marketing, Social, Email Marketing, and a small amount of digital marketing and website management. Take a breath (your prayers have been answered), you don't have to do it on your own! You will be supported by an embedded marketing team of 4, as well as a high-performing external digital marketing and website agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the CMO, Onboarding, and Client-Facing teams to execute the year-round marketing roadmap. They will implement go-to-market projects designed to drive demand and lead generation, for state-of-the-art personal programs designed to help NZ'ers implement strategies to get them financially fit, grow their wealth, and achieve their financial goals.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for executing pure marketing projects (small to large, tactical to strategic), lead new campaigns, coordinate and maintain lead generation support, analyse campaigns, mine data and insights, create impactful creative content, and deliver virtual events and webinars.
The right candidate will be smart, and action driven with a knack for finding the 'angle' and interweaving with intelligent and pointed storytelling that cuts through the clutter and resonates with audiences. You will be able to understand the dynamics that come with a growing business heading into the next stage of growth, and strategically manage marketing projects with that in mind.
The right candidate will have the energy and business acumen to work alongside a dynamic SLT, take direction from the CMO and understand the growth plan to deliver on-point, story-led marketing that resonates with audiences, causing them to take action and empower their own financial journeys and lives.
