About the Role | Mo te Turanga With full ownership of our media channels, owned and paid, you'll be responsible for creating engaging marketing and sales collateral that will really drive our brand and support sales activities. From content creation, events management, to maximising our website experience and social media presence you will engage with diverse teams of stakeholders both here and across the ditch - you will own and run the creative Marketing process and bring our strategy to life. Key Responsibilities Include Develop yearly end-to-end marketing plans for Cartology NZ in collaboration with Cartology Group. Working with Cartology Australia marketing team, contribute towards building a cohesive brand and bringing to life our marketing vision - making Cartology the strategic partner of choice, helping brands grow through customer-led media solutions. Deliver key marketing events and calendar moments in-market, ensuring best in class storytelling and collateral. Exceptional internal and external comms, digital and content strategy to support Cartology's business objectives. Accountable for an integrated comms, content and digital plan & calendar. Deliver and manage our website with the right capability and content to engage clients and drive lead generation. The development and management of our social presence - Linkedin as priority. Cartology industry awards strategy and end to end management. About You | Mou You'll ideally be someone driven and passionate about the world of retail or media marketing. You will have significant and proven experience in the media and marketing industry, preferably exposure across B2B. A natural creative with passion for storytelling, you will also have great people skills and an energetic and proactive approach. To Succeed In This Role You Will Bring The ability to connect the dots and drive strategy into action. Strong understanding of external channels and how to connect to a B2B audience. Broad understanding of marketing automation and how it works. Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. Understanding of the client community - their needs and challenges. Strong relationship and leadership skills with external agencies.
