As we prepare for an exciting summer season filled with new launches and campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives. With a focus on managing influencer relationships, overseeing social media, and coordinating photoshoots, you'll work closely with our team to bring campaigns to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a meticulous eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Oversee social media platforms, including Instagram and FacebookManage and develop influencer and talent relationships, facilitating partnerships, collaborations, and respond to incoming requests.Lead outreach efforts to identify and onboard new influencers and talent.Lead monthly in-house photoshoots from concept through to final asset delivery, managing team bookings, model casting, prop sourcing, location scouting, and styling.Manage post-photoshoot image editing and the creation of assets.Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, including product copywriting, event coordination, e-commerce edits, and other ad-hoc responsibilities.Manage PR samples and showroom activities, including the loaning of samples to stylists, creatives, wholesalers, and for celebrity dressing opportunities.Support the Head of Comms in identifying and maximising PR opportunities.Facilitate charity requests as required.Hours and location:This contract offers between 24 to 32 hours per week. The exact hours are negotiable based on the successful candidate's experience, expertise, and preference. The role is based at our HQ in Grey Lynn, Auckland.About YouThe Ideal Candidate:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion and e-commerce sectors.Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and influencer/talent relationships.Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.Strong communication skills, creativity, and a forward-thinking, collaborative approach.Graphic design skills are advantageous.How to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter and CV to ****** by 16 September 2024.
