The Role
This role will focus on developing marketing strategies and content tailored to the ANZ markets, particularly targeting manufacturers. The Marketing Lead will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Head of Sales, to curate marketing strategies and content to help generate tangible business opportunities.
Duties: Content Creation: Develop compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts) to engage potential customers in ERP fields.Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media presence, specifically targeting key industries, such as manufacturing, to promote ERP services.Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and content marketing strategies that highlight ERP offerings.Email Marketing (Apollo + A/B testing): Create targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients, focusing on ERP implementation benefits and best practices with the aim of educating our audience about digital transformationCollaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team, including the BDM and Head of Sales, to align marketing efforts with sales goals and refine the target audience within the manufacturing sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content.Event Marketing: Assist with planning and promoting webinars, conferences, and events related to ERP.Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to adjust and optimize strategies.Your profile: Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ERP systems, technology, software, or similar technical fields.Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp,SEMrush), social media platforms, and basic graphic design (Canva or similar)Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Familiarity with marketing technology/software solutionsHow to apply
