As the Marketing Lead at Tru-Bilt you will be reporting into the Managing Director, with strategic support from an external Consultant. You will lead activity and build on our brand awareness and marketing channels. You'll work closely with our internal business and external partners, to create impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. Role responsibilities include:
Marketing Campaign and Material Management – Design, produce, and deliver marketing campaigns and materials such as sales collateral, merchandise, banners, and event displays.Event Coordination – Organise, facilitate, and participate in tradeshows & expos to increase brand awareness, deliver sales leads and foster partnerships.Website and Social Media Content Creation – Use your creative understanding of social media platforms and skills to create compelling content and maintain an active presence on our platforms enhancing brand visibility, engagement and utilising metricsBrand Ambassador – host clients and in-house events as well as being responsible for Tru-Bilt's presence at key tradeshows and exposDesign skills – Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials (utilising external suppliers where required)Systems & Reporting – Oversee our in-house CRM system (SalesForce),  measure and report on marketing performance metrics, analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing activity  About You Ideally having a degree or qualification in a related field, plus practical work experience, you will bring with you proven marketing knowledge and performance as well as exceptional technical capability. Alongside this, you will be a collaborative team player and a creative thinker and executor.
Additional attributes that will contribute to your success:
Marketing degree and/or minimum 3 years' plus experience in a similar roleAbility to conceptualise, communicate, and deliver marketing ideasExcellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, brand, CRM (SalesForce)and MS Office
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingDesign experience advantageous (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Photography/videography experience helpful Our Culture We are an established Kiwi business who have built a strong reputation in our industry for over 30 years.
