Tennex Health and Hygiene, shared services hub for Core Hygiene, Pacific Hygiene, and Interwaste, is a leader in providing innovative health and hygiene solutions. We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to join our team with a January 2025 start date, and drive the strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our brands, engage our customers, and contribute to business growth.As the Marketing Lead, you will spearhead the development, execution, and management of comprehensive marketing strategies for our key brands—Core Hygiene, Pacific Hygiene, and Interwaste. This role encompasses full responsibility for marketing activities including brand management, digital marketing, product positioning, content creation, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure integrated marketing efforts that align with business objectives.Why choose us?Competitive remuneration & bonusTools of Trade (Laptop and Mobile)Discounted productsA collaborative and supportive work environmentFlexible working arrangements (hybrid)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.Ensure consistent and effective positioning of the Tennex brands across all customer touchpoints.Lead digital initiatives to improve online presence, optimise e-commerce platforms, and drive online sales across three companies.Create high-quality marketing content and lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and direct platforms.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business and product goals.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to inform marketing decisions.Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and reporting on campaign ROI.To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree in marketing.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the health, hygiene, or industrial sectors.Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.Expertise in Google Analytics and social media insights is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.If you think you have what it takes to excel in this position, please apply online by clicking the "Apply" button.
