As a Marketing Lead here at AA Insurance, you'll bring your marketing and commercial acumen to life by shaping the lifecycle campaign portfolio strategy.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of complex customer-first marketing initiatives.
We're looking for a talented senior marketer who has a strong background in customer value management marketing, ideally within the financial services space.
You'll bring strong experience with building multi-channel GTM plans, working closely with agency partners to build a stronger experience for our online customers, with a primary focus on retention and growth of our base.
You'll be a strong senior marketer with experience in designing, briefing, and valuing lifecycle journeys, including PCA and AO reporting.
Your proven data-driven decision-making and insight-based actions will help you succeed in shaping and delivering multichannel lifecycle marketing enhancements for AA Insurance.

What you will be doing?
Proactively recommend, develop, and implement marketing initiatives up to a budget of $1M.
Be part of cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing workstreams are successfully planned and delivered.
Lead marketing activity to deliver engagement, consideration, and growth objectives across the customer lifecycle.
Lead and co-ordinate internal teams and agency partners to ensure a collaborative way of working.
Champion continuous improvement across your portfolio of work.
To shine in the role: Minimum 10 years' experience in customer value management across the customer lifecycle, direct and digital marketing.
2+ years previous experience at a similar senior level.
Exceptional end-to-end campaign management experience across all marketing disciplines including (but not limited to) ATL, BTL, digital, social, data, and analytics.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into areas of responsibility.
Strong project management experience, including budget and stakeholder management.
A 'can-do' proactive attitude, that's solutions-focused with the ability to make timely decisions.
A confident and natural communication style with strong presentation skills.
Exceptional people leadership skills with proven success coaching and developing teams.
A relevant tertiary qualification in a marketing-related discipline; some marketing experience within financial services is preferable (but not essential).
