The Role: Reporting to the International Ventures Manager and working closely with our CEO, you'll enjoy huge variety from facilitating marketing plans, implementing our annual company calendar activities, and managing internal communications.
On the Marketing side, you'll have your ear to the ground and engage across our business to capture notable moments, project successes, industry events and enjoy the creativity of sharing our stories with our people, NZ and our target international markets. Using your organisational flair, you'll coordinate events and conferences, both local and international as well as promotional campaigns monitoring performance and ensuring brand quality.
On the Executive Support side, you'll work closely with our CEO which includes board liaison, governance activities, and facilitate the smooth operation of Senior Leadership Team meetings through effective meeting preparation, minute taking and actions management.

Bringing your breadth of skills and experience in marketing, communications, event management and supporting executive teams, you'll be excited to showcase your potential by bringing them all together. You'll have a proven ability to influence and support others to focus on key deliverables and flexibility to jump in yourself where needed to support our dynamic business. You'll also be proficient in social media management for business activities and skilled in writing marketing copy.
Offering a high level of confidentiality, strong sense of ownership and ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse business you will quickly become a trusted member of our team. It is ideal that you bring a tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar but we are open to being wowed with your glowing experience relevant to this role and our industry.
