Job DescriptionYour new employer is one of Australia's leading recycling and waste management companies, passionate about making our country waste free, with state-of-the-art processing facilities across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

Your new role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager, taking on responsibilities and working alongside a great team.

Other requirements include:

Manage and grow social media channels and communities.Undertake ongoing measurement of online marketing and provide insights into key metrics around campaign performance.Co-ordinate and manage a range of content creation initiatives (video, photography, copy writing) for use across paid, owned and earned digital platforms.Leading a variety of projects.Development and implementation of a range of marketing assets including IM's, e-books, eDM's, brochures and advertisements.Obtaining customer feedback and testimonials and developing marketing initiatives.
Your background and experience
You absolutely have to have a can-do attitude. It is a small team and you need a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn and keep up with current trends.
You will have already had success in a similar role and have strong time-management and people skills. You will have great written communication skills and be able to work unsupervised.
