With 1 of our valued team members heading off on maternity leave, we are looking for someone to fill the role for 9-10 months from December 2024.Busy Bees Aotearoa has grown rapidly to become the third largest private early childhood education provider in New Zealand, offering tailored services to parents by creating happy, sustainable and fun learning environments for children.About the role:The Marketing Executive will help centres sustain and grow their occupancy. You will hold everyday Marketing oversight and responsibility of your centres while working closely with your manager and the team. There is a huge amount of autonomy within this role, and we openly welcome creative and new ideas!No day is ever the same; tasks vary from:Improving centre social media and online profiles, creating content and executing Facebook and Google Ad campaigns within specific communities.Interpreting regular reporting, including weekly occupancy and booking reports, identifying priority centres and scaling marketing efforts up or down depending on need.Assisting with centre/parent communications and newsletters when necessary.Designing marketing materials that are in line with centre branding.Co-ordinating photography with professional photographers and creating effective plans to market these.Working alongside your team and Management to design specific centre offers and following a marketing plan/schedule to ensure this is effectively advertised.Co-ordinating content such as signage.What are we looking for?Someone who has a creative flair.You need to be driven, motivated, and confident.Understanding of the world of ECE would be a bonus but not 100% necessary.Savvy in digital marketing platforms including Adobe Suite, Facebook and Google ads.Marketing qualifications/experience would be another bonus; however, if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we are more than happy to teach you along the way.You will be a superb communicator, establishing meaningful relationships with our Centre & Regional Managers is key to the success of the role.This role demands flexibility, the ability to self-manage, and the willingness to be a team player.
