Marketing & Design Manager

About the Company:Our client is a leader in the financial services industry who have been helping Kiwis for over 15 years.The have a team of over 100 in 3 locations across New Zealand and have an incredible culture with great leaders.About the Role: Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a crucial role in the marketing team (which consists of 7).This is a very generalist role, key responsibilities include: Create and execute marketing activities and campaigns across a wide range of channels (online, social, outdoor, email and radio advertising).Design and produce external and internal marketing and branding materials.Work with relevant external agencies and suppliers (i.e.creative and media).Creating and publishing social media posts and videos for the company's social media sites.Post campaign reporting and analysis.About You: 4+ years' experience in a relevant marketing and design role Degree in marketing or related field Campaign experience across multiple channels Design experience across Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.A blend of creative and analytical skills.Highly adaptable with the ability to prioritise.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
