Colliers in Queenstown are looking for a Marketing & Design Executive to join our busy downtown office.
Colliers is a leading real estate brand both here in New Zealand and worldwide. Colliers Otago spans across four locations with offices in Queenstown, Wanaka, Dunedin, and Cromwell, offering services in commercial, industrial & residential real estate, valuation and property management.
This full-time, fast-paced role focuses on a broad range of marketing support to the businesses, primarily the residential agency business. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate across departments is key for this role.
Supporting the Marketing Manager, as well as working closely with the wider team, the ideal candidate will have:
A 'can-do', positive attitude, ready to tackle any task with tenacity and flair
A friendly, personable, calm and patient approach when dealing with all team members
Exceptional multi-tasking skills and experience prioritising workload to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills
Professional attire and appearance
Marketing knowledge and experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and online applications like Canva
Some key responsibilities are:
Social media management & content creation
Content calendar management with Teams Planner
Support for agent's social media content – providing templates
EDM, copywriting & blog
Update website changes and agent testimonials
Continuous review of online content, profiles and bios
Support to the Marketing Manager as required
Career development in the Real Estate industry
