We are part of a global textile company - Small World, and we work with a worldwide team.
We are a multi-channel business in wholesale, E-commerce, and have 4 retail stores in NZ, with our head office in Christchurch behind our Elmwood Store.
We range our brand globally in six countries, and growing!This will be a busy, varied role where your contribution will be key in collaborating with a small creative team.
You will excel in customer service, along with having a creative flair to produce engaging marketing & website content.Key Responsibilities split into 2 key areas:CUSTOMER SERVICEDelivering an exceptional customer experienceAnswering the phone, emails, and processing of customer online ordersStock Management to ensure availability, with movement between stores and our warehouse ensuring continual website stock updatesManaging all customer queries and ensuring timely advice along with resolutions to any issuesGeneral administrative & marketing support to the Wholesale & Retail ManagerFrom your customer feedback, input into the range planning, design, and collections with the wider teamMARKETINGWorking alongside our Graphic Artist & Marketing Lead, with a focus on the Website and Digital Marketing CampaignsWebsite updates, maintenance and ongoing development, ensuring our brand is presented at its best with regular refreshes including our campaigns, seasonal range releases and stock management.Supplying creative digital assets to our external media agency for all campaignsAnalysis of digital marketing performance provided by our agency and from sales analysis.Actioning insights relating to our campaigns, website, customer base and conversions, what's working and what's not.Contribute to the development of strategies with the wider team to drive traffic, conversion, and commercial outcomes.Checking out what's happening in the market and keeping one step ahead.Assist with photoshoots, content creation, social media and other marketing activities when requiredPackaging Development in liaison with our sourcing office, to ensure our collections are presented to their best visually, and proofing to ensure all specifications are correct.The person:A customer-centric, solution-orientated approach, with outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to work autonomouslySolid numerical/analytical ability and tech skillsA strong creative flair to produce engaging marketing content, with Intermediate user level of design softwareExperience or training in website administration and communicationsAn ability to analyse E-Commerce sales results and present business insights from thisAn Interest in Home & InteriorsYou will have studied marketing or communications, or have real-world experienceIn return?Within a busy and creative environment, we welcome ideas collaborating closely as a small and motivated team.
