With a decade of experience in marketing, including the last four years focused on transforming marketing strategies into key business assets, we've been fortunate to drive impactful results. Our efforts have generated $4.6 million in direct-to-consumer sales and $18 million in B2B sales, and we've successfully launched products across Europe, the US, and New Zealand.
As we venture out with our own agency, we've quickly gathered a diverse client base and are now looking to expand our team to manage our growing workload. Our expertise lies in resolving sales and marketing challenges and seizing new opportunities. Our daily tasks include website design, e-commerce support, copywriting, creating marketing materials, and running digital campaigns.
We are poised for growth with both internal and external factors contributing to our potential. We are looking to hire a few individuals over time supporting three main marketing functions: communications, digital marketing and web design. You don't need to be proficient in all three areas, but having expertise in at least one is crucial.
The ideal candidates should:
Hold a degree in marketing or design or have relevant practical experience
Aspire to build a long-term career in marketing and sales
Demonstrate confidence in their work and themselves
Possess strong storytelling skills, both in writing and verbally
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with paid digital campaigns
Assist with website and e-commerce tasks
Coordinate marketing efforts
