If you enjoy social media, administration, and events and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in promoting, communicating, coordinating, attending, and managing events.Manage event assets, booking systems, and processes.Overseeing, creating content and responding to customer queries through various Carrfields channels, including the website, intranet, social media (organic and paid), eDMs, media releases, and campaign materials.Overseeing and reporting on analytics, time sheeting, and project management software.Creating basic design assets through Canva and emails through Mailchimp.Creating and executing content calendars, campaign plans, campaign deliverables, and external briefs.Supporting the Marketing Manager in general marketing and administrative tasks as required.Key Skills Required for this Role Include:Exceptional written English with a creative flair and natural writing abilities.Experience using social media.Experience creating content using design software (such as Canva and Mailchimp).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle many projects and deadlines.Strong attention to detail.At least 1 - 2 years' relevant experience.Non-essential skills (if you have these, it's a bonus!):Degree in Marketing or Communication.Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.Knowledge or experience in agriculture.Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) at our Ashburton Head Office, with flexibility given.
