Motorworld and Mayfield Motorworld not only have quality USED vehicles but also house the Kia, Volkswagen, Isuzu, Suzuki, Hyundai, Nissan, MG, and Subaru Parts and Service vehicle franchises. They also have other departments such as servicing and parts with Motorworld Panel and Paint for vehicle repairs (restoration to insurance work) and financing.
The company is focused on continuing to build its strong customer service reputation and is now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team.
The job:
Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate will manage the company's brands and utilise their all-round marketing skills to bring their stories and positionings to life.
The role will be varied and diverse, from website and social media management to brochure and visual communication development. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for managing and coordinating direct-to-consumer online sales and newsletters, sponsorship, and events, in addition to managing all external advertising platforms and developing CRM strategies for the business.
Both full-time and part-time options will be considered for the right candidate. A minimum requirement is Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
The ideal candidate:
You will be a marketing professional, with proven experience in digital marketing software & social media posting in a professional environment (Canva software or similar). Additionally, you will be able to generate marketing collateral using various design applications such as InDesign, Adobe, Word, and PowerPoint. Essential are your well-developed verbal and written English communications skills.
Most importantly, you will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind and fresh thinking.
You will thrive under a flexible management style and be comfortable managing your own workload.
