You'll be doing everything from writing copy for our email campaigns, to creating content for social media, to organizing our photoshoots. Key Relationships:
The Marketing Manager, Design team, photographers, influencers, media, customers, PR and Media agencies, Head of Digital, and all Nature Baby staff.
Purpose:
This position plays a key role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing marketing and community relationships for Nature Baby. You will support the Marketing Manager to deliver outstanding brand experiences across all customer touchpoints, digital and physical, with the goal of achieving a strong brand culture in the market, resulting in positive growth of Nature Baby sales and profitability.
Coordinate and implement Nature Baby marketing strategy, contributing ideas to help us achieve our overall growth strategy.
Build exceptional community around our brand to expand and deepen Nature Baby's local and international audience through commercially successful relationships with influencers, media, content creators, and other brand partners.
Project management of Nature Baby photoshoots, events, and moving imagery.
Social media planning, writing, and scheduling.
Support in content creation across our various customer touchpoints, including copywriting for social and email communications.

Work Experience:

Experience in the retail industry ideal but not essential.
Experience with content creation (photography or videography) and copywriting ideal but not essential.
Education, Qualification or Special Training Required:
Relevant Degree.
Ongoing professional and personal development.
