Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking an adaptable Marketing Content Writer and Coordinator to join the University Marketing team, to provide support to the wider Digital and Content team.
You will work collaboratively to establish deeper customer connections, support the delivery of segment and cohort plans, and EFTs growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimisation of world class omni-channel content that drives engagement, deepens relationships, aids decision making, and improves conversion rates of student applications to the University of Auckland.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent opportunity.
For more detailed information, please refer to the Position Description He korero mou | About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in developing and delivering multiple forms of digital and print content.
Experience maintaining and optimising consumer-facing website and automation content.
Experience in working within Content Management Systems (CMS) with and understanding of Information Architecture.
An understanding of User Experience principles and customer-first content strategy. Proven success in writing professional copy for website, email automation journeys, video content, social media.
Experience successfully delivering small content projects from development through to implementation and measurement.
Experience using Google Analytics insights to understand content performance and inform optimisation plans.
A qualification in marketing, communication, media studies or writing studies, or equivalent experience.
