An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Content Manager to join Napier. Sitting within our central marketing team, we are seeking a highly collaborative individual with domain knowledge and a passion for financial crime compliance.
As the guardian of our story and tone of voice, enthusiasm for marketing communication practices and exceptional communication skills is a must.
Requirements The day to day: Marketing Content Manager Developing systems for content creation Overseeing all marketing and communication content across multiple platforms View on quality over quantity, identify and fill gaps at each stage of the funnel to further engage our ICP and enable the Napier GTM team to meet targets Working with our SMEs and partner networks, draft and implement unique content campaigns that help to establish Napier as a thought leader Gauging the effectiveness of content and assisting with communication audits Working with the Marketing Director, help grow our digital communities with social-first content, improved SEO rankings, and Napier's digital footprint more broadly Manage Content Assistant and supervise a network of third-party writers and PR agencies to ensure the message is on brand and on message Do you have what it takes? Proven track record delivering impact through content in B2B content roles Experience ideally in the RegTech industry Worked in global roles and understand the importance of building local requirements into content plans Experience of working in a scale-up environment Outstanding communication skills, data-driven decision making, and leading by example Positive attitude to lead in an evolving market and rapidly growing business Why Napier?
