If you thrive on creativity, strategy, and driving results in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.About the Role:As our Marketing & Content Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Koura Wealth's marketing strategy. You'll manage campaigns, create engaging content, and work to educate Kiwis about their KiwiSaver options.You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team and external agencies to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support our mission of empowering New Zealanders to make smart KiwiSaver choices.What your role looks like:In conjunction with the Managing Director and other partners develop and execute on a broad of marketing strategies that help build the Koura business and brand.Own the development and execution of a content strategy that covers social media, email, podcast and any other interesting way we can find to talk to our current and future customers.Design and create content to enable our external third-party adviser channel.Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic.Lead educational initiatives to help New Zealanders understand KiwiSaver and investing.Build and manage external partnerships with people who can help tell and amplify the Koura story.Use data driven insights to continually optimise and refine the Koura marketing strategy.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and media contacts.Stay up-to-date with financial trends and consumer behaviours to keep our content fresh and relevant.Ensure that any external marketing material remains compliant with legislation and aligns with the expectations of both our regulator and supervisor.Who We're Looking For:A proven track record in marketing, content creation, and campaign management (minimum 3 years of experience).Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and social media marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex financial concepts.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not essential.Analytical mindset – you love using data to make informed decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and compelling narratives.A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and customer education.Why our team love working at Koura:We love what we do because we're on a mission that matters; to help everyday Kiwis take charge of their financial futures.
