You will be responsible for our premium and luxury manuka honey brand, managing the communication for many global partners. You'll help strengthen brand presence through executing quality campaigns and initiatives that excite customers. With a strong pipeline of new products, the management of the process from concept design to implementation will be a significant proportion of this role. Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment is paramount.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Required:Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, or advertising5+ years experience in a relevant marketing roleA genuine interest in health and wellness, retail, and global markets with an innovative mindset; always on the lookout for new ways to strengthen brand presence and performance.In-depth knowledge and understanding of packaging design and manufacturingExperience managing designers and freelancers to produce visual content for the brand and its productsGreat team player and strong collaborator, able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a busy business environment.Driven to help the team produce new product packaging that meets specific market requirementsStrong organisation and time management skillsExcellent analytical skillsHigh degree of attention to detail and sense of urgencySomeone who lives by our company core values; People First, Always with Integrity, Continuous Innovation.The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
