Marketing Communications Manager

We are currently searching for a talented and innovative Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic Fashion team, reporting directly to the Marketing Category Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute fashion marketing campaigns across multiple channels including In-Store, TV, Digital Media, Website, OOH, Print, and Social. Ensure effective campaign delivery in stores through the creation of impactful point-of-sale materials. Assist the Marketing Category Manager in devising and implementing the national Marketing plan, focusing on driving the Fashion category. Oversee large-scale photography shoots to capture compelling visuals. Uphold brand guidelines to align with category plans and maintain brand consistency. Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, the in-house creative team, and external agencies. Required Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing. Minimum of five years' experience in marketing roles. Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing and category management techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of successfully developing and executing promotional and communication strategies. Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple tasks. Previous fashion marketing experience preferred but not essential.
