This role works with colleagues and agency partners to develop and deliver exceptional Marketing communications activity to drive better customer outcomes and deliver a strong return on marketing investment. We sat down with our Senior Marketing Partner, who let us know the following about this 12 month fixed term opportunity; What is the team culture and environment like? We are a high-performance team, where we support each other and get things done right the first time, also having fun while doing it. What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role? Building a deep understanding of key channel, audience and media strategy, identifying marketing opportunities and contributing to the development of exceptional TTL marketing campaigns to build deeper connections with our customers. 5+ years' experience in a marketing role or similar.Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market.Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers.What will success look like for the candidate in this role? A self-starter with a real passion for developing customer centric marketing communications. Stakeholder management will be a strength and you will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong thinker and confidence in TTL marketing campaign management. What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? We're often managing multiple priorities, stakeholder expectations and conflicting deadlines so you'll need to be able to juggle all of this while also not losing sight of the finer details.
