Marketing Communications Coordinator Pinehurst School, a Year 1-13 private school in Auckland with 1100 students, is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to work across the whole school community, specifically within our online internal communication, social media, weekly online newsletter, and other relevant marketing material and channels.
This role offers the diversity of internal and external communications. The position requires an exceptionally high level of written accuracy, as well as proofreading, website, and presentation skills. Excellent writing, publishing, and administration skills are an advantage, as are qualifications in fields related to marketing and communications.
You will be a creative and professional person who can manage time and conflicting priorities whilst taking the initiative. You will be adaptable, bringing a calm, positive attitude, even when we're all busy.
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will effectively manage both internal and external communications to the school community through a variety of channels. They are responsible for developing and implementing a wide scope of marketing strategy and activities in a range of key areas.
You'll need to be tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office products. Experience with online media marketing is required, with experience in video recording, photography, design, photo manipulation, and layout skills (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Wix Editor an advantage).
Experience in the education environment would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for this position.
