This is a full-time permanent position of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Your day-to-day mahi will include general administration of the team's systems, budgets, record-keeping, and vendor liaison plus:Supporting the coordination of briefs and projectsMaintenance of our intranetMedia reportsYou'll have outstanding administration and organisational skills, be a detail guru and know your way around Microsoft Office and basic digital platforms. If you have experience working in a tertiary environment that's a bonus but not a deal breaker!You'll be working within a close-knit Marketing team and will also work closely with other teams across the organisation, giving you plenty of opportunities to get to know the wider group and the Te Pukenga national network.
