We are offering an exciting opportunity for 2x Campaign Managers on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025.Joining our dynamic Marketing team as a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies for either our Home Lending or Insurance products. In this position, you will leverage data, experimentation, and segmentation to deliver our marketing plans for optimal results. Your expertise in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential as you develop and execute campaigns aligned with Tribe OKRs, ensuring a seamless go-to-market experience. You will oversee the quality of all marketing materials, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines while navigating legal and compliance requirements. Additionally, you'll keep your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and advocate for our customers in every initiative. Your responsibilities will also include crafting and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes and brand loyalty, monitoring the performance of our marketing portfolio, managing campaign budgets efficiently, and ensuring that all messaging is clear and compliant.To be successful in this role, you should hold a tertiary qualification in a business-related field such as Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. You will have a solid grasp of marketing design principles, techniques, and tools, along with a keen understanding of the media landscape and effective channel planning strategies that drive return on investment. Experience in home lending or insurance is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with our audience.Your excellent presentation and communication skills—both oral and written—will be essential in conveying ideas and gaining stakeholder buy-in for campaigns. You should have a strong background in go-to-market strategies and a genuine passion for sharing insights and best practices with your team.
