Committed to personalized service, we aim to revolutionize the user experience through integrated, technology-driven solutions.Pioneer seeks to disrupt the traditional lending market by offering cutting-edge solutions, including Pioneer Pay, an all-in-one digital financial product, and flexible loan solutions to under-served mid-market consumers, digital natives, and SMEs.Role Description:Pioneer Finance is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales & Campaign Manager to join our team. This hybrid role (partially remote, partially based in Auckland) requires a professional to oversee the sales process, campaign development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, planning and coordinating campaigns, nurturing client and stakeholder relationships, and analysing data to ensure business objectives are met.This role will also be instrumental in driving the digital marketing efforts for products like Pioneer Pay, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to manage and execute a range of marketing activities, from social media campaigns to lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from awareness to acquisition and retention, ensuring that all campaigns deliver data-driven messages to target audiences and align with Pioneer Finance's broader business goals.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Campaign Strategy:Develop & Execute Campaigns: Lead the creation, management, and optimization of sales and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation, focusing on products such as Pioneer Pay and Pioneer Personal Loans.Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within digital marketing and sales channels, focusing on under-served markets (mid-market, SMEs, and digital natives).Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and customer research to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Ensure continuous improvement by gathering insights and adjusting strategies as needed.Digital Marketing Management:Social media & Paid Ads: Manage social media marketing efforts (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and develop engaging content for organic and paid channels. Ensure campaigns align with product messaging and business objectives.SEO & Website Performance: Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize website rankings for relevant search terms and drive traffic to loan application pages. Monitor website performance to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.Content Creation: Lead content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, emails, and promotional materials. Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and tailored to different customer segments.Customer Journey & Lead Nurturing:Customer Journeys: Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys for different products (e.g., Pioneer Pay, Personal Loans). Use tools like HubSpot to create workflows that engage, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.Lead Generation: Oversee the creation of lead generation campaigns and workflows, segmenting audiences based on behaviours and product interest to maximize conversion rates.Third-Party Coordination & Events:Consultant & Vendor Management: Recruit, coordinate, and manage third-party consultants, agencies, designers, and animators to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.Trade Shows & Events: Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement. Represent Pioneer Finance at events and conferences as a brand ambassador.Campaign Reporting & Analysis:Performance Reporting: Compile regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and results. Use data to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.Budget Management: Manage marketing and campaign budgets effectively, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines and deliver maximum ROI.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing (Digital), Economics, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and sales, with a proven track record of successful sales strategies and marketing campaign execution.Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and email marketing.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret customer data, campaign performance, and industry trends to make data-driven decisions.Content Creation & Design Skills: Proficiency in content creation (blogs, emails, social posts) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually compelling marketing assets.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and data clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Tech Skills: Proficiency with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and social media management tools.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Campaign Success: Increase social media engagement by 50% within the first three months.Lead Generation: Grow the email database by 20% and generate a 30% increase in organic leads within six months.SEO & Website Performance: Improve the website's Google ranking to at least position 30 for key personal loan-related search terms.Cost Per Acquisition: Reduce CPA to below $14 and CPSA to below $400 by refining campaign strategies and optimizing ad performance.Conversion Rates: Increase lead-to-customer conversion rates by 10% within six months.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum.Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid work model with partial remote work options.Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and career development within the fintech industry.Collaborative Culture: Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment alongside a small, dedicated team.How to Apply:To apply for this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you're the ideal candidate for this role to (Insert Email) by (Insert Deadline).
