Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications) n3 Hub develops its own Customer Data Platform (CDP), which is deployed in a range of enterprises across Australia and NZ. Our CDP brings together data silos from across the organisation into a single customer view that can be easily segmented and shared with a variety of marketing platforms to power relevant and timely customer experiences. We also develop a range of novel digital customer experience solutions for our clients on top of our CDP to meet their unique requirements. n3 Hub also provides Marketing Operation services to our enterprise clients. Our expert team of marketing automation and data specialists work closely with our client stakeholders to execute customer communications. About the Role The Marketing Campaign Automation Manager will execute automated lifecycle programmes and bespoke campaigns for our clients. They will work closely with our key customer stakeholders to define campaign briefs, build out workflows and develop communication for our clients marketing automation platforms. Each campaign will be carried out from briefing to delivery. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Deliver campaigns on time, working closely with client stakeholders to define briefs. Set up and launch campaigns using marketing automation platforms. Optimise existing campaigns and develop new lifecycle campaigns to improve performance, acquiring new lifecycle campaigns with complex build requirements. Testing: Collaborate with clients to test and review automated campaigns before they go live. Ensure all campaigns are thoroughly tested for quality and functionality. Client Support: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing expert advice on campaign best practices and complex implementation requirements. Communicate project timelines and ensure smooth campaign deployment. Troubleshoot issues, problem solve and maintain security standards. Team Support: Provide technical support to team members for campaign builds and processes. Assist the Marketing Automation Lead in maintaining and improving workflows. Support training and upskilling initiatives for the team. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or relevant industry experience. A minimum of 2-4 years in a similar Marketing Automation Role. Extensive experience using marketing automation tools like Pardot, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or Marketo. Account management or service delivery experience, with a strong ability to manage client relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, work well in a team, and take ownership of campaigns. A detail-oriented, process-driven approach, with a solution-focused attitude and strong leadership capabilities.
