This newly established role places you at the forefront of our marketing automation strategy. As a key player in our Brand and Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE), you'll lead our efforts to target, acquire, and retain consumers and businesses on our world-class fibre network. You will be responsible for driving the uptake of our products and services, ensuring that our marketing initiatives deliver exceptional experiences that are always on, always easy, and always adding value. Help shape the future of marketing excellence at Chorus and make a significant impact on our long-term strategy. As our resident marketing automation expert, you'll be responsible for: Day-to-day platform performance management, including user access, data maintenance, automations, journey management, email performance and more. Leveraging data to build sustainable and scalable multi-channel/trigger-based direct marketing journeys for acquisition, retention and lead nurture initiatives. Developing and executing B2B lead nurture strategies to engage and convert leads into customers. Optimising and analysing journey and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement, using your experience to identify new opportunities and solutions. Working closely with our technology teams to understand data and system integration opportunities that will support and enhance customer marketing and lead nurture journeys. Managing the automation activation roadmap and tracking deliverables, including any additional development and integration requirements. Setting-up regular digital and direct journey performance reporting, and effectively communicating this to a range of key stakeholders. O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience We're seeking a dynamic marketing automation specialist with over 3-5 years of solid experience who is ready to make a significant impact in this newly established role. You are a proactive, solution-driven professional who excels in balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution You will have: 3-5 years experience in a marketing automation role Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL is essential. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud qualification would be advantageous. Moderate working knowledge of Google Analytics preferred. Experience building, optimizing, and reporting on customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Command of campaign optimization and A/B testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud qualification would be a valuable asset. Deep understanding of customer and marketing data principles, database management, email platforms, and performance measurement. You are a critical thinker with the ability to work autonomously and dive into tasks with a "get it done" mentality. With a solution-driven mindset, you balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to deliver outstanding results. Your positive attitude, high self-motivation, and collaborative nature enable you to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, building strong relationships and achieving exceptional outcomes.
