Be part of the 2-year Innovation project to lead the delivery of personalized and engaging supporter experiences, driving collaboration and agility across the organization. You will be key to developing tailored engagement paths using omnichannel marketing automation strategies. You'll support high-value Accelerator Projects, solving operational challenges and creating a positive impact for our supporters and communities.Responsibilities:Collaborating with various teams, you'll address challenges and define business requirements, employing Agile methodologies to develop targeted solutions. Success in this role means increasing efficiency within the Marketing & Engagement Team, improving leads, supporter numbers, donations, and retention rates, and delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet our objectives and drive positive change.About You:Customer centric, considers the overall customer journey instead of individual interactions.Experience executing omni channel marketing so that you can see what needs to be automated within the interconnected system.Experience implementing marketing automation systems, not just working in established systems.Bring technical digital marketing acumen.
