As part of our 'fan-obsessed' strategy, we're looking for a talented Marketing Automation & Fan Database Lead to join us. About the role In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our fan engagement efforts across our loved brands such as the All Blacks and Black Ferns. Your primary goal will be to grow and segment our fan database, creating tailored communication strategies that drive engagement, new subscriptions, as well as ticketing and merchandise sales. You'll work closely with others across the organisation to deliver content that resonates with our fans when they want it most. You will be tasked with developing and executing a global fan communication strategy with a particular focus on new journey development and the personalisation of key fan interactions to increase engagement. To be successful in this role , you will bring 5+ years of experience in managing, building and deploying day-to-day email campaigns and strategic journeys including an advanced ability using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. If you have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Advertising Studio and Marketing Cloud Intelligence, this would be a bonus too. You will be known for your strong communication skills and great attention to detail. A knowledge and interest in sport and rugby is a plus too!
