**Job Summary:**
As a Marketing Associate at Biogen, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing and managing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Marketing Strategy Support:**
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans by conducting market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior marketing team members to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. **Campaign Management:**
- Help design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print.

3. **Content Creation:**
- Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.

- Contribute to the development and execution of customer engagement strategies aimed at building relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Support the organization of events, webinars, and presentations to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
6. **Reporting and Analysis:**

7. **Collaboration:**
- Engage in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster an innovative team culture.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms. Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
