Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:
Gentrack Group is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, possess strong decision-making skills, and excel in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
