Located in Havelock North, on 27 acres of beautiful park-like grounds, the College balances time-honoured traditions with a dynamic and innovative, 21st-century learning environment for 330 students.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing promotions across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.)Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including content creation and editingMonitor and report on campaign performance, analysing data to make informed decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsSupport social media management, including posting, scheduling, and community engagementOrganise events and other promotional activitiesSupport the Iona Old Girls Association with the administration and organising for their various functions, meetings and events and assist them in developing their future strategies and goalsIn-house Potentiality Database ManagementKey Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.)Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesCreativity and a passion for marketing trendsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious internship or entry-level marketing experience is a plus!A job description is available upon request.
