Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a leading real estate and investment management firm, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for those with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company services and properties
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities
- Support the maintenance of the company website and other digital platforms
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements:
- Resilient and reliable with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
