As our business continues to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager familiar with the Greater Asian Market and with existing business channels, to help us further expand the market and enhance our brand awareness. **Position Title**: Marketing and Sales Manager (Focused on the Greater Asian Market) **Job Description**: As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve company goals. We need someone with extensive experience and deep business channels in the Greater Asian Market who can bring new business opportunities to our company. **Main Responsibilities**: 1. **Market Expansion**: - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to expand our influence in the international market, especially in the Great Asian Market. - Promote the company's study abroad services through various channels, including managing social-media platforms (media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tiktok as well as knowledge of traditional search engine optimization like Google, Baidu, YouTube), social media (such as WeChat), other study abroad agencies, and educational exhibitions. 2. **Business Development**: - Bring new student resources through existing business channels and client relationships. - Establish and maintain relationships with domestic schools, educational institutions, and other partners to expand student sources through cooperative projects and joint recruitment activities. - Conduct referral and word-of-mouth marketing by attracting new clients through positive experiences shared by satisfied customers. 3. **Brand Promotion**: - Enhance the company's brand through efficient marketing activities and promotional strategies to achieve brand exposure. - Organize and participate in various marketing promotion activities and study abroad seminars, directly interacting with potential students and parents to introduce the company's services and advantages. 4. **Team Management**: - Lead and train the marketing and sales team, ensuring that team members possess the necessary market knowledge and sales skills. - Set team goals and supervise their execution, ensuring the completion of business objectives set by the company. **Qualifications**: 1. **Educational Background**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2. **Work Experience**: - At least 8 years of marketing and sales experience in the Great Asian Market, proficient in operating digital social media platforms, and having a notable performance in the education or study abroad industry. - Existing business channels and client resources, capable of quickly bringing new business opportunities. 3. **Skills and Abilities**: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively handling relationships with clients and partners. - Familiarity with the culture and business environment able to develop and implement strategies that meet market demands. - Leadership and management experience, able to motivate and guide team members. - Proven success in sales leadership roles, focusing on driving revenue growth. 4. **Other Requirements**: - Able to work in a cross-cultural environment. - Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally.
