Our Marketing and Sales Coordinator will have the vision to showcase the benefits that musical education can offer students of all ages, via online channels, appropriate print material and other marketing channels. They will also have the skills to supervise and the motivate our front desk team to help those budding musicians realise their musical potential.
Based primarily at our Henderson premises, you will also be able to visit our other teaching locations, including help to build our relationships with our partner schools all across Auckland.
Key tasks include:
Manage Social Media Accounts including Campaigns and postingWebsite Promotions including Landing Page Design Email marketing and CRM remarketingUtilise, and monitor CRM system Get signed permissions and authorisations from parents when using images and footage of children in promotions Design and Implement Campaigns for existing student retention, and upsells Develop Teacher Attraction Campaigns Create or oversee creation of flyers and other printed materials Create promotional campaigns to run in partner schools Promotion to additional schools Design Permanent and Temporary Signage as required and requested.File and Catalogue Marketing Collateral Create, manage or oversee video and image creationUse and update a shared Marketing CalendarDevelop Annual Strategy ReviewReport Marketing results Oversee Sales TeamCheck and Compile Enquiry ReportsCRM Pipeline Monitoring Contact and Convert Leads to bookingsRespond to Customer Feedback Rebook Lessons/Teacher Changes when required Applicants will have experience using the Meta Business platforms, knowledge of Shopify website platform, competence in Canva and a proven ability to work unsupervised and create consistent results.
