We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside international brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Rag and Bone, All Saints, and Assembly Label to further develop your skills in pursuing a career in Retail.About this roleThis role is responsible for implementing the Men's Group Marketing and Events as directed by the Buyer and provides organisational, administrative, and communication support.
The role sits within the Merchandise Buying side of the business and will report into the Men's Apparel Buyer.Key responsibilities will include:Translating the buyers' marketing vision into action and ensuring effective communications across multiple teams in the business regarding marketing activities.Preparing reports and presentations, providing, and analysing data.Supporting the Digital Marketing Team with content creation.Developing positive business relationships with suppliers.Ensuring accurate promotional administration records are kept, including a summary report at the end of each promotion.Attending and assisting with the styling of photoshoots and events as required.Coordinating and, when required, creating quality content to support digital channels.Successful CandidateThis is a varied and interesting role for someone to get stuck in and make their own.
You will need to have great attention to detail and be super organised to ensure all events are well planned and deadlines are always maintained.
You will be a competent PC user, especially in Excel.Communication must be a key strength, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams and build positive business relationships with suppliers.
You will also be a confident public speaker, willing to host events when required.Ideally, you will be fashion-focused with a creative mindset, which will assist you when supporting at fashion events, photoshoots, or content creation.This position is part-time, working 24 hours per week; however, flexibility to attend evening/weekend events is essential.If this sounds like the unique role you have been waiting for, apply online now.Applications close on 23rd January 2025.
