Our small team is open, supportive, hardworking, and committed to celebrating Wellington as the culinary capital of New Zealand.The roleAs our Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll lead the work to tell our story and promote our events across New Zealand.From high-level strategy to day-to-day campaign delivery, this role offers the opportunity to flex your commercial, creative and organisational skills.
You'll:develop and execute operational marketing campaigns and communications strategies that connect with our target audiences.be our brand champion and represent the voice of our fansoversee the creation of compelling marketing content such as images, videos, blogs and social media content that drive event participation.manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.lead and inspire a small team, including a social and content coordinator and external PR agency.manage our digital channels, including websites, social media, and eDMs, ensuring engaging and data-driven content.build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners, and sponsors.About youYou are known for your optimistic can-do attitude, your knack for creating marketing messages that land and your ability to adapt to an ever-changing event environment.We're looking for someone who is:Passionate: A champion for Wellington's hospitality and brewery community and the events we deliver.Innovative: Always on the lookout for new ways to reach and excite audiences.Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a small, agile environment.
