Reporting into the Executive Director you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that align with organisational goals, alongside leading a high performing team of five. About you: Proven deep experience in strategic marketing and communication initiatives alongside a proven track record of implementing strategies that align with organisational objectives. Strong experience in risk management, including identifying key risks and developing mitigation plans. Excellent networking and relationship skills to build and maintain effective relationships both in the sector and internally. Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels, managing complex portfolios. Strong leadership skills in initiating change initiatives and promoting cooperation within teams.
