Strong experience in risk management, including identifying key risks and developing mitigation plans. Excellent networking and relationship skills to build and maintain effective relationships both in the sector and internally. Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels, managing complex portfolios. Strong leadership skills in initiating change initiatives and promoting cooperation within teams.
