Our client, with over 75 years of industry expertise, has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to a growing and loyal client base by consistently delivering the right solutions to their customers. They are currently seeking a Marketing and Brand Coordinator to join the team and bring together all aspects of the marketing plan. In this role, you'll wear many hats and be responsible for campaign execution, content creation, and collaborating closely with both internal and external teams. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of a variety of marketing projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Content: Lead the execution of weekly LinkedIn posts, email marketing campaigns, and quarterly promotional activities. Product & Branding Support: Manage the creation of product brochures, packaging, and branding materials (manuals, decals, etc.). Website & Retail Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement of website functionality and assist in retail display projects. Event & Promotions: Coordinate company participation in events like Fieldays and source branded promotional items. Signage & Uniform Management: Oversee the development of building signage and maintain consistent branding through staff uniforms. Customer Engagement: Manage customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS), handle surveys, and update on-hold messaging. Content Creation & File Management: Produce how-to videos and ensure organised filing of marketing assets and product data sheets. You will bring with you: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and email campaigns. A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in event coordination and sourcing promotional materials is a plus. Knowledge of pumps, fans, electrical, HVAC, or Refrigeration products is highly regarded, but not essential.
