Position Summary Responsible for development, management and delivery of the annual marketing plan. Support along with the marketing and promotion of issuing products and services to existing and potential customers through both B2C and B2B channels.
Position Responsibilities 1. To plan, create, execute and review product launch events, product marketing initiatives, product advertisements and brand awareness campaigns in order to enhance UPI's brand and reputation accordance with company's strategies;
2. Development of cardholder privileges and benefits to increase the sales of the product;
3. To liaise with issuers for their marketing and branding plan to make sure they align with our branding strategy and product marketing plan;
4. Support PR Manager on social media channels and media release in South Pacific region;
5. Managing relationships with key marketing suppliers to maximise efficiency;
6. Ensure strong communications with external parties and internal stakeholders, such as Headquarter office and South Pacific office;
7. Ability to utilise the company's internal systems and processes for project management, including drafting marketing campaign agreements for legal & compliance and finance approval;
8. Effectively manage marketing administrations and procedures, including budget tracking etc;
9. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and facilities;
10. Other ad hoc tasks as allocated by other senior business stakeholders.
Position Requirements 1. Experienced marketing professional in campaign management through development, implementation, delivery and ROI measurement;
2. Marketing experience in financial services industry, product marketing experience is preferred;
3. Tertiary education in Marketing or relevant area;
4. Excellent English communications skills is required; mandarin speaking ability is an advantage but not a must;
5. Self-starter and ability to work independently;
6. Ability to travel interstate and internationally;
7. Ability to work flexible hours;
8. New Zealand residency / citizenship.
