For two decades we have restored ecosystems from run-down farmland to thriving native ecosystems, restoring native flora & fauna with 100% of profits reinvested into biodiversity regeneration.The opportunityTahi is a truly inspirational company and offering an amazing opportunity for a Market Services Coordinator to join the Tahi team. Our operations are currently located just out of Whangarei and will soon be extending into Whangarei.This is a fast paced role in a growing business where you will be the vital link between our production, sales, and marketing team, ensuring seamless operations, effective logistics, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing customer orders, supporting shipping and exports, and ensuring that internal and external communications are timely and efficient.The breadth of the role and opportunity includes:Coordination of flow of orders from receipt to delivery, supporting timely and accurate delivery of products.Working with the team to manage the coordination of domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs and export regulations.Responding to external and internal customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and production. Assist with inventory management and production scheduling.Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.Supporting the preparation of sales and market reports, analysing data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.About you:You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role in FMCG or food production industry.Aptitude across the Microsoft office suite and familiar with CRM and order management software.Ability to analyse data and provide insights and areas for improvement.You will have natural confidence, with a down to earth nature and love collaborating with others.Join our team and embark on an exciting journey!
